When you use Voice Manager, we may collect and store the following data:
- User Data
Your Discord User ID, username, and avatar URL — used to authenticate you on the web dashboard
- Server Data
Server IDs, role IDs, channel IDs, and basic server metadata such as server name, icon, and approximate member count — required to configure the bot and power the homepage server listing
- Preferences
Temporary voice channel settings, homepage listing preferences, and customization choices configured through the bot or dashboard
- Automation Signals
Current member role state and current Discord presence or custom status — processed only when required for configured automation such as vanity role assignment, voice access control, and abuse-prevention features. We do not store presence history or activity logs.

How We Use Your Information
We use this information exclusively for the operation of Voice Manager, including:
- Creating and managing temporary voice channels and their permissions
- Powering the web dashboard and server configuration features
- Displaying your server on the website homepage when the homepage listing is enabled, including the normal server card or any custom public listing details you choose to configure
- Evaluating current member and presence state to automate vanity role assignment, access control, and bot safety checks
- Verifying Premium subscription status for your server
- Improving service reliability and performance

Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent your data. We may disclose limited information to service providers that are necessary to operate Voice Manager, such as Discord for bot and login functionality and payment processors when you purchase Premium. If your homepage listing is enabled, selected server information may be displayed publicly on our website. The homepage listing toggle is enabled by default and can be turned off from the dashboard at any time. Your information is not used for advertising.

Data Retention & Deletion
If you remove Voice Manager from your server, your server configurations are retained so they can be restored if you re-invite the bot. If you wish to have your data permanently deleted, please contact us through our Support Server and we will process your request promptly.
